Shipping

We aim to ship your Good Witch items as quickly as possible!

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Shipping Time (Australia): 3–8 business days depending on location.

All parcels come with tracking so you can follow your magical delivery right to your door.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

If you need urgent shipping or have a custom request, please contact us before placing your orderβ€”we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love yourΒ Good Witch bundle! If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense and a restocking fee of $2.50 per item applies.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at: hello@thegoodwitch.global withinΒ 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund - to the original payment method.

Exclusions:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on plush toys that have been used or removed from packaging, unless faulty.Β
